On February 10, 2020, the director of the Institute, Mykola Izha, met with Mr. Mark Voyger, a researcher at the Penn Biden Center for Diplomacy and Global Engagement of the University of Pennsylvania (USA). During the meeting, the American scientist received information about the mission of the Institute, faculties, and specialties, scientific and international activity, realization of cultural and educational projects. Mykola Izha emphasized the importance of international contacts, exploring the best of the world experience and expressed his hope for cooperation with American institutions. For his part, Mark Voyger thanked for the invitation to the Institute and expressed readiness to promote mutually beneficial academic cooperation. After the meeting, the guest was introduced to the ORIPA NAPA facilities: the classrooms, the conference hall and the distance-learning center. In addition, Mr. Voyger had the opportunity to discuss in detail specific areas of cooperation with Nataliia Nefodova, Head of International Cooperation Department, and the unit staff. In particular, a preliminary agreement to hold a joint communication event with the participation of professors and students of the ORIPA NAPA under the President of Ukraine was reached.
