The All-Ukrainian Scientific and Practical Conference Reforming Public Administration: Theory, Practice, International Experience, which took place at the Institute on October 26, 2018, was attended by representatives of foreign higher education institutions.
   As is tradition, the participants of the conference were representatives of the Academy of Public Administration of the Republic of Moldova (Chisinau), Director of the Department of Higher Masters Degree Ion Dulschi and Head of the Department of Political Science and International Relations Rodica Rusu.
   The University of Alexandru Ioan Cuza (Iasi, Romania) was represented by Deputy Dean of the Faculty of Philosophy and Socio-Political Sciences Bogdan ?tefanachi and Head of the Department of Communication and Public Relations Gheorghe-Ilie Farte for the second year in a row.
   For the first time, the participants of the annual conference of the Institute were leading scientists from the German University of Administrative Sciences, Speyer, Professor Andreas Knorr, Professor Christian Koch, Dr. Kai Masser, and researcher Claudia Hipp.
   The foreign guests addressed the participants of the conference on behalf of the leadership of their universities and delivered presentations at the plenary session, panel discussions and sections. The director of the Institute Prof. Mykola Izha, personally thanked the foreign scientists for participating in the conference and expressed his hope for the further development of bilateral cooperation.
