From 2 till 6 July 2018, Gabriela Chernenko, head of the financial department of the University of Alexanderu Ioan Cusa (Iasi, Romania), was worked as a trainee at the ORIPA NAPA under the President of Ukraine.
A staff member of the Romanian university met with the first deputy director of the ORIPA NAPA under the President of Ukraine, the institutional coordinator of the "ERASMUS +" program, Mykola Popov. During the meeting, the trainee received information on the main directions of higher education, faculties and specialties, international cooperation. Mykola Popov emphasized the readiness of the institution to continue the implementation of academic mobility in together with the Romanian partner university.
During communication with the chief accountant - the head of the finance planning department, accounting and reporting Iryna Shchasna, Ms. Chernenko familiarized herself with the department's work, sources of budget filling, forms of financial settlements, etc.
The leading specialist of the distance learning and information department, the secretary of the Tender Committee of the Institute, Vitalii Nasypanyi, provided the Romanian specialist with information on the tender procurement system in Ukraine and answered questions that were tangible to this area.
The dean of the Faculty of Public Management and Administering Ihor Kuspliak spoke in details about the peculiarities of the educational process at the faculty, the new specializations, participation in international programs.
At the meeting with the Dean of the Management and Business Technologies Faculty, faculty coordinator of the "ERASMUS +" program, Yulia Yevstiunina, the sides discussed issues of further participation of the Institute representatives in academic mobility programs. The student of the faculty Daria Suslina, who studied at the University of Alexandru Ioan Cuza in February-June 2018, shared her impressions of staying in Romania.
In addition, the trainee of the institute got acquainted with the material and technical basis of the institute, visited the museum exposition, educational auditoriums, assembly hall, visited the center of distance learning and the chair of regional policy and public administration. In her free time, Gabriella Chernenko familiarized herself with the history of our city, visited the Museum of Contemporary Art, as well as the Odessa National Academic Theater of Opera and Ballet.
Following the completion of the internship, which became another practical step in the implementation of the Agreement between the partner educational institutions on the implementation of the ERASMUS + program (Key event 1 - Mobility for Students and Personnel), the Romanian University spoke thankfully for the opportunity provided to increase their qualifications. In turn, the leading specialist of the Communications Department Natalia Nefiodova, on behalf of the administration of the institute, expressed her hopes for further development of cooperation with the University of Alexandru Ioan Cuza.
