On the 27th of May, 2010 Deputy Director of Scientific Work of the Odessa Regional Institute of Public Administration of the NAPA, Office of the President of Ukraine S.A. Popov took part in the VIII International Scientific Forum "Government and Local Self-Government in Russia: History and the Present", which took place in the North-West Academy of Public Administration (Saint-Petersburg, Russian Federation).

29-30 March, 2010, at the invitation of the Administration of the Academy of Public Administration under the Aegis of the President of the Republic of Belarus (Academy) the Director of the Odessa Regional Institute of Public Administration of the NAPA, Office the President of Ukraine Mykola Izha takes part in a meeting of heads of educational institutions of the EAEC countries specializing in public administration and civil service. The event is held on the basis of Academy in Minsk with the support of the Administration of the President of the Republic of Belarus. In the framework of the meeting it is planned the signing of the Statute of Eurasian Association of educational institutions specializing in public administration and civil service, as well as panel discussion "Administrative Education as a Response to Modern-day Challenges."

In the framework of cooperation of the National Academy of Public Administration, Office of the President of Ukraine (NAPA) and its regional institutes, with the Higher School of Public Administration, Police and Law of Guestrow (Germany), a graduate of the Faculty of Public Administration of the Odessa Regional Institute of Public Administration of the NAPA (ORIPA) Ms. Olena Skoropad passed the second phase of her internship at German educational establishment.

Ways and the Strategy of the Overcoming of Crisis".
