Dear friends and colleagues!

We live in a very dynamic period of the Ukrainian history. Many important events of our time we can not correctly evaluate yet. There remains, however, the hope that our country will become more successful and more democratic. Our Institute is a Southern Ukraine's educational centre for state employees and office holders within the local self-government. At ORIPA you have a possibility to get modern knowledge within Master of Public Administration program, and, at the same time, to deepen your knowledge of a European language or to absolve a training period abroad and thus gain trust in your future. Anyone who is dreaming of, for example, becoming a minister, a representative, a governor, a mayor or another executive at the regional state level, we invite to study at our Institute.
